Plan A Realty Corp. is a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of New York, at 461 Maple Avenue, Westbury, NY 11590. Alex Barbosa is its licensed real estate broker (NY #10311204308). These terms cover this website, parcpro.com, and our client portal, portal.parcpro.com. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Information, not advice

Our guides, checklists and answers explain in plain language how buying, selling and renting work in New York. They are general information, not legal, tax, financial or lending advice, and the law changes. Where a guide relies on a government source, we link to it so you can check it yourself. Before you sign anything, talk it through with your own attorney.

The payment estimator gives a rough estimate only. It is not a loan offer, a rate quote or a promise that you will qualify. Plan A Realty Corp. does not originate consumer residential mortgage loans.

Using the site does not make us your agent

Browsing this site, sending a form or opening a portal account does not by itself make Plan A Realty Corp. your agent. Our role in a transaction is explained with New York's agency disclosure form and set out in a written agreement with you.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but information can be out of date or incomplete, and fees, rules and availability change. Please confirm anything important with our office.

The client portal

• Give true and complete answers, and upload only documents you have the right to share.
• Keep your email account private, because that is where your sign-in codes go.
• Do not try to reach anyone else's information, test the portal's security or disrupt it.
• Sending an application or package does not guarantee approval, a lease, a sale or a loan. The landlord, the seller or the lender makes the final decision.
• The Service Order for a corporation formation is a service of Plan A Tax Accounting Inc., a separate company. Its own order and written quote set the terms of that service, and Plan A Realty Corp. does not provide it.

Payments

Card payments for our services go through Square payment links, on Square's own pages, and Square's terms apply to the payment itself. Questions about a fee or a charge go to our office.

Other websites

We link to government agencies and other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

Our name and content

The Plan A Realty Corp. name and logo belong to Plan A Realty Corp. You may share links to our pages and print them for your own use. Please do not copy this site's content for commercial use without our written permission.

Fair housing

Limits on our responsibility

This site and the portal are provided as they are. To the extent New York law allows, Plan A Realty Corp. is not responsible for losses that come from relying on the general information on this site, or from the site or the portal being unavailable for a time.

Language

This site is in English and Spanish. Our forms, agreements and legal documents are in English. If a translation on this site differs from the English, the English version controls.
