Business-purpose financing

Business-purpose investment and commercial financing only. This information is not an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. Approval, terms, fees, and reserve requirements depend on the lender and transaction.

The Financing Process

From your first step to the lender's decision.

  1. Inquiry or Form 1003

    Tell us about your property

Send our short inquiry form with your contact details and basic facts about the property, or complete Form 1003 in our secure client portal. You do not need to choose a loan program first.

  2. Documents

    Prepare your documents

If a program may fit, we help you assemble a complete and organized package: entity, property, borrower and guarantor documents, shared only through our secure process.

  3. Submission

    We present your request

With your authorization, we present your financing request to third-party lenders that may fit the transaction.

  4. Lender review

    The lender decides

The lender reviews the property, the borrower and the transaction and makes its own decision. We communicate its requests, conditions and status updates through closing.

What Is in the Package

The package opens with a welcome letter and our commitments to you. These are the documents it contains, in the order of its index.

The package documents are in English.
