Who we are

Plan A Realty Corp. is a licensed real estate brokerage at 461 Maple Avenue, Westbury, NY 11590. This policy covers this website, parcpro.com, and our client portal, portal.parcpro.com. Questions about it go to info@planarealty.com or to our main number, 516-777-0385, for calls and texts.

What we collect

We collect what you choose to give us, plus the basic technical details every website receives.

• Website forms. The home valuation form asks for your name, phone, email, the property address and your timeline. The contact form asks for your name, phone, email, a topic and your message. Neither form takes file uploads.
• Client portal. To sign in, you give us your email address. Each form in the portal asks for what that service needs, such as your contact details, the property, and for a rental your household and income, plus any documents you choose to upload, such as a photo ID or pay stubs.
• Calls, texts and email. When you call, text or write to us, we keep what you send so we can answer you and do the work you ask for.
• Technical details. Like any website, our hosting providers receive your IP address, your browser type and the pages you request.

What we never ask you to type

Our online forms never ask you to type a full Social Security number, a date of birth or a bank account number. Where a form needs to tell accounts apart, it asks for the last four digits only. A document you upload can still show those details, which is why the portal keeps uploads in private storage (see Security below).

How we use it

• To answer you and provide the service you asked for, such as a home valuation, a rental application, a sale, a short sale, a purchase, business-purpose financing or an application to join our team as an agent.
• To send you sign-in codes and updates about your application or package by email.
• To keep the records New York requires real estate brokers to keep.
• To see how people use our site and how our ads perform, when the tools described under Cookies are active.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who else handles it

A few service providers run the site and the portal for us:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives the website form submissions. A copy of each submission is emailed to our office.
• Supabase hosts the client portal's database and its private file storage.
• Resend delivers the portal's emails, including sign-in codes and updates.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person, not a bot, is signing in to the portal.
• Square processes card payments. When you pay through one of our payment links, you enter your card on Square's own page. We never see your full card number.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page loads.

When the work needs it, we share information with the other people in your transaction, for example a landlord or the landlord's agent reviewing your rental application, or the attorneys, lender and title company in a sale. Our team may download a copy of a portal package (the filled form, a spreadsheet of the answers and your documents) into our office records. We also share information when the law requires it, for example a subpoena or a request from the New York Department of State, which licenses real estate brokers.

The Service Order for a corporation formation is a service of Plan A Tax Accounting Inc., a separate company at 251 Post Avenue, Suite B, Westbury, NY 11590. If you fill it in through our client portal, your answers come to our office and are shared with Plan A Tax Accounting Inc. so it can provide that service.

Cookies and similar tools

This site does not set cookies of its own. It uses your browser's storage to remember a few things on your device: your language choice, whether you have already seen the opening animation during this visit, and whether the client portal is answering. The client portal uses your browser's storage to keep you signed in.

We may use the two tools below to measure our site and our ads. When they are active, they set their own cookies:

• Meta Pixel, from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which of our pages you view, when you tap to call or email us or press certain buttons, and when you send one of our forms, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who visited our site. You can manage this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
• Google Analytics, from Google. It counts visits and shows us which pages people use. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

How long we keep it

New York requires real estate brokers to keep the records of each transaction for three years, so we keep them for at least that long. In the client portal, unsent drafts are removed after 60 days. Sensitive uploads, such as the ID and income documents on a rental application, are scheduled for removal 90 days after a lease is signed, or 180 days after the application closes without a lease. These are the portal's current settings, and our office can change them.

Website form submissions stay in our website account until we delete them, and a copy stays in our office email.

Security

This site and the portal use encrypted connections. Portal files sit in private storage with no public links, and each link to open a file expires after 60 seconds. You sign in to the portal with a 6-digit code sent to your email, so there is no password to steal. Our team and outside brokers also use an authenticator app, and the portal logs every time someone on our side opens a file.

No system is perfectly secure. Please do not email us ID or account documents: upload them in the portal where a form asks for them, or follow the instructions your form gives. If a breach ever affects your private information, we will notify you as New York law requires.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Ask us to delete it. We will, except for records the law requires us to keep.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
