Can you help me find a rental?

Yes. Residential rentals are part of what we do, and our guide to renting walks you through the process, from the first phone call to the day you get your keys. Start with our Inquiry Form: ask us to help you find a rental, or ask about a specific rental. Our office then contacts you to confirm availability, whether another agent represents you, our role and which application or package fits. If you hire us to represent you, you complete our tenant representation package in our client portal and sign our tenant representation agreement with our office. If we represent the landlord, or another agent represents you, you complete our rental application only, and no tenant representation agreement is needed. Under New York law, the only charge allowed for a rental application is the credit and background check, and it can't be more than $20 or the actual cost, whichever is less.
